Order Processing
Shipping is usually same day if ordered before 4 PM Eastern Monday–Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will ship on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Small packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Package.

Average delivery time is typically 2–3 days.
In some cases of delayed mailing times, we may change carriers at our discretion to help get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If you cannot receive service from a particular carrier, please let us know in advance or leave a note during checkout.
PO Boxes
We understand PO Boxes can only receive USPS shipments.
If you enter a PO Box and we are unable to ship USPS for any reason, we will contact you before making any changes.
Tracking Information
An email confirmation will be sent after your order ships, along with your emailed receipt.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us:

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs

Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount if a refund is requested

If the buyer wants the item shipped again, the cost of reshipping will be charged
Canada Shipping
We do ship to Canada.

Flat rate: $20 for items up to 4 lbs
